Guide sleeve 12/155/25, Öhlins part number 02302-07. Play at a bushing lets the shaft run off centre and the seal wears unevenly.

- Öhlins part number 02302-07
- Outer Diameter 155 mm

Where It Sits
Öhlins publishes 12 mm, 155 mm, 25 mm for 02302-07 — the dimensions are the identity of the part. Bushings carry the side load in a damper or fork and keep the moving parts concentric. Guide bushings set the internal alignment of a cartridge. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal.
Genuine Service Part
Öhlins keeps service parts available for units long after they leave the current price list. Öhlins lists this part under its own number in the service catalogue so a workshop can order exactly what it needs. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise.
Getting the Number Right
The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 02302-07 in this case. Öhlins states inner diameter 12 mm, outer diameter 155 mm, length 25 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Öhlins uses low-friction coated bushings so the unit breaks away smoothly rather than sticking. Inner and outer diameter both matter; a bushing that is a little loose does more damage than none at all.
Fitting and Setup Service
We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.
