DescriptionThe whole story▼

More than almost any other bike in this class, the F900GS gets modified by its owner. Bar risers, different handlebars, a taller or lower seat — each of those moves the hand relative to the clutch lever, and a fixed-reach blade quietly undoes some of the benefit.

Key Features

  • Central adjuster wheel, reachable from the riding position
  • Folding blade that swings clear instead of snapping off
  • Engineered break point inside the two-finger zone
  • Phosphated pivot seat, free of play from new
  • CNC-machined from solid aluminium, black anodised
  • Road legal in Germany under ABE No. KBA 91203

What It Is

A clutch lever machined from solid aluminium, anodised black, with a phosphated pivot bore. Free of play, and treated to stay so on a bike that will see grit and water at the controls as a matter of routine.

Fit Bars, Then Fit the Lever

Raising or rotating the handlebar changes the angle at which the fingers approach the blade, sometimes by a surprising amount. Thirty-five reach positions let you follow that change rather than accept whatever falls out of it, and the adjustment takes seconds with no tools.

The Left Forearm Is What Aches

After a long day on this bike the complaint is rarely the wrist or the fingers. It is the forearm, and the forearm is loaded by how far the hand has to open on each pull. Shortening the span is the direct fix.

Road Approval

The part is covered by ABE No. KBA 91203, which means it may be fitted to a road-registered machine in Germany without an inspection and without any change to the vehicle documents. Keep a printout of the certificate, downloadable above, with the bike.

Scope of Delivery

Delivered as a single black clutch lever for the F900GS, model years 2024 to 2026. The actuator for the clutch switch stays with your old lever and has to be moved across during fitting.
