The KYT TT-Revo Leopard Replica Aragon puts the iconic turquoise-and-black Leopard Racing livery from Aragon on your head without asking you to compromise on everyday comfort or stretch your budget. ECE 22.06 certified and packed with ventilation, a tool-free visor system, and a removable liner, this full-face helmet is as capable on the morning commute as it is on a Sunday blast.

ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic Shell
KYT developed the TT-Revo shell in a wind tunnel, refining the aerodynamic profile to reduce buffeting and fatigue at road speeds. The ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic construction delivers high impact resistance while keeping weight to approximately 1,500 g ± 50 g (size S) — light enough for daily use without feeling insubstantial. Three shell sizes across the XS-to-XXL range mean the helmet hugs your head rather than sitting loosely on it, which matters on longer rides.
Visor System — Clarity in Every Condition
The scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor is designed for versatility. A new visor-lock mechanism prevents unwanted lifting at speed, while the tool-free release lets you swap shields in seconds at the roadside. The visor is prepared for a Pinlock MaxVision 70 insert to eliminate misting in cold or wet conditions, and it is tear-off compatible for track day use. Whether you are filtering through city traffic or riding in autumn rain, the optical quality remains consistent.
Comfort Liner and Interior
Inside the TT-Revo, a bi-elastic, breathable fabric liner draws moisture away from the skin and keeps the fit stable over time. The cheek pads are removable and interchangeable, the entire liner is machine washable, and the interior is shaped to accommodate spectacle wearers comfortably. An intercom-ready cutout means fitting a universal intercom speaker system requires no modification to the shell.
Ventilation
Five large front inlets channel airflow across the EPS liner and exit through four rear vents positioned beneath the tail spoiler. The result is a steady through-flow that clears heat and humidity efficiently — useful when commuting in stop-start traffic or pressing on during a warm track day morning session.
Closure System
A micrometric metal buckle closure — described in the specification as a toothed-belt quick-release — allows precise, repeatable adjustment without fumbling with a D-ring. It is particularly practical when wearing gloves, making the helmet easier to manage in everyday use.
Fitment and Compatibility
The KYT TT-Revo is approved for road use and is classified for street riding and entry-level use, including 125 cc licence categories. Size XS fits a head circumference of 53–54 cm; S fits 55–56 cm; M fits 57–58 cm; L fits 59–60 cm; XL fits 61–62 cm; XXL fits 63 cm.
