Safety & Certification
The ECE 22.06 standard — introduced as the successor to ECE 22.05 — demands substantially tougher impact, rotational energy, and visor penetration testing than its predecessor. Every KYT TT-Revo leaving the factory carries full ECE 22.06 approval, meaning it has passed these independent laboratory tests before it reaches your hands. The ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic shell is engineered to absorb and distribute impact energy predictably, while the mechanical visor lock adds a secondary layer of security that prevents inadvertent visor opening on fast sections of road.
Important note: the TT-Revo is approved and optimised for road and 125cc use. It is not rated for circuit or track-day use, so please select an appropriate track-homologated helmet for racetrack riding.
