Konzipiert, um den werksseitigen Sensor Ihrer Ducati Panigale V4 zu überdauern, wird der FSS Fast Shift Sensor von MCT Lohmann – exklusiv vertrieben über TGP MotoRacing – von Grund auf mit einer Schubstange aus rostfreiem V2A-Stahl und einer Bronzebuchse konstruiert. Diese Materialien wurden gezielt gewählt, weil sie ihre Integrität auch unter den anhaltenden Hitzebelastungen bewahren, an denen OEM-Quickshifter-Sensoren regelmäßig scheitern. Bei nur 14 mm Breite und etwa 20 g Gewicht ist das CNC-gefräste Gehäuse ein Musterbeispiel für zweckgerichtete Rennsport-Präzision.

Materialien und Verarbeitungsqualität
Beim FSS wird die Materialauswahl zum Wettbewerbsvorteil. Die Schubstange aus V2A-Edelstahl widersteht Korrosion und Ermüdung weit über das hinaus, was einfacher Stahl oder Legierungsalternativen bieten können, während die dazugehörige Bronzebuchse die kontrollierte, reibungsarme Gleitbewegung liefert, die für eine wiederholbare Auslösung des Hall-Sensors nötig ist.
