Zuerst das Visier abnehmen, denn die Rastplatte sitzt im Bereich des Drehpunkts und ist mit montiertem Visier kaum zu sehen. Vor dem Ausbau merken, wie herum die alte Platte eingebaut war. Falsch gedreht kommen die Rasten in verkehrter Reihenfolge. Danach Visier wieder aufsetzen und einige Male ganz auf- und zuklappen, um jede Stufe zu prüfen.
