Die SC-Project RACE S1 ist eine eigens entwickelte 2-in-1-Komplettauspuffanlage, die ausschließlich für die Yamaha YZF-R7 (2021-2025) gebaut wird. Vollständig aus Edelstahl AISI 304 gefertigt, mit Titan-Endtopf und Carbon-Endkappe, liefert sie einen messbaren Leistungsgewinn, eine erhebliche Gewichtsersparnis und einen renn-erprobten Auspuffklang, der die R7 auf der Rennstrecke abhebt. Jede Verbindung ist mit höchster Präzision TIG-geschweißt, was glatte Innenflächen erzeugt, die eine laminare Strömung statt Verwirbelungen begünstigen. Der Titan-Endtopf hält die Masse auf ein absolutes Minimum, während die Carbon-Endkappe eine optische Handschrift setzt, die echtem Renn-Equipment entspricht. CNC-gefräste Titan-Buchsen garantieren einen wiederholbaren, klapperfreien Sitz Runde für Runde, und die metallgeschützten Montagefedern sind für die Vibrationsbelastungen dauerhafter Trackday-Sessions ausgelegt statt für gelegentlichen Straßeneinsatz.
Leistung und Klang
Der Entfall des Katalysators und die Neugestaltung des Gasstroms vom Krümmer bis zum Endtopfaustritt lassen den Motor der R7 über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich freier atmen. Die dokumentierten Gewinne — +2,8 PS und +2,8 Nm an den jeweiligen Höchstwerten — kombinieren sich mit der Gewichtsreduktion von 4,6 kg zu einem spürbar agileren Motorrad.
