Entstanden aus dem direkten Engagement von SC-Project in der MotoGP und Moto2, ist der CR-T Slip-On-Schalldämpfer die konsequenteste Rennauspuffanlage für die Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory (2021–2024). Jedes Detail — von der handgeschweißten (TIG) Konstruktion bis zum Titan-Auslassgitter — dient einzig dem Ziel, auf der Rennstrecke das Maximum aus Ihrer Maschine herauszuholen. Dies ist kein straßenzugelassenes Produkt, sondern eine reinrassige Wettkampfkomponente mit dokumentierten, prüfstandsverifizierten Ergebnissen.
Hauptmerkmale
- MotoGP- und Moto2-Renn-DNA: Die Geometrie des CR-T-Endtopfs stammt direkt aus dem Top-Wettkampfprogramm von SC-Project und sorgt für eine kompakte, aggressive Silhouette ohne Kompromisse bei Lautstärke- oder Gewichtsgrenzen.

Verarbeitungsqualität und Materialien
SC-Project fertigt den CR-T-Endtopf je nach gewählter Variante aus Titan in Luftfahrtqualität oder gewebter Carbonfaser. Beide Varianten teilen sich dieselbe Endkappe und dasselbe Auslassgitter, jeweils aus Titan — Materialien, die nicht aus ästhetischen Gründen gewählt wurden, sondern wegen ihrer Fähigkeit, dauerhafte Abgastemperaturen im Rennstreckentempo ohne Materialermüdung auszuhalten. Das Verbindungsrohr aus Titan, das den Serien-Mittelabschnitt ersetzt, ist präzisionsgeformt, um die korrekte Strömungsgeometrie für die Abgaspuls-Charakteristik des V4-Motors der RSV4 zu erhalten.
Leistung auf der Rennstrecke
Die Leistungswerte erzählen nur einen Teil der Geschichte: 7,7 zusätzliche PS und 6,6 Nm Drehmoment bei 8.250 U/min — genau im Herzen des Arbeitsdrehzahlbereichs der RSV4 1100 für die meisten Streckenkonfigurationen. Das strömungsoptimierte Design schärft zudem das Ansprechverhalten des Gasgriffs unterhalb dieses Spitzenwerts und verschafft dem Fahrer eine unmittelbarere, besser dosierbare Leistungsabgabe in der Einlenk- und Mittelphase der Kurve.
