Jede Komponente — von den TIG-geschweißten Titan-Innenteilen bis zu den CNC-gefrästen Titan-Buchsen — spiegelt eine Fertigungsphilosophie wider, bei der Materialwahl und Präzisionsverarbeitung keine Verhandlungssache sind.

Der Carbon-Endtopf ist kein kosmetisches Detail — er ist ein strukturelles Hochtemperatur-Bauteil, das im Vergleich zur Serieneinheit spürbar Gewicht einspart und so die Massenzentralisierung und die Gesamtagilität der R6 verbessert. Die Titan-Endkappe besticht nicht nur optisch; ihre Wärmemanagement-Eigenschaften und Korrosionsbeständigkeit machen sie zur einzig logischen Wahl auf diesem Konstruktionsniveau.
