Kompromisslos für den Rennstreckeneinsatz konzipiert, vereint er ultraleichte Bauweise mit messbarem Leistungsgewinn und einem rohen, aggressiven Auspuffklang, der jede Session zu etwas Unvergesslichem macht.

Von der MotoGP abgeleitete Leistung
Der CR-T HIGH schöpft direkt aus SC-Projects Weltmeisterschaftsprogrammen. Das komplett aus Titan gefertigte Verbindungsrohr verfügt über einen variablen Konusquerschnitt — ein Konstruktionsdetail, das direkt aus dem Prototypen-Rennsport übernommen wurde — der die Abgasgeschwindigkeit erhöht und Energie zurückgewinnt, die ein herkömmliches Rohr mit parallelem Querschnitt verschwenden würde. Das Ergebnis ist ein Schalldämpfer, der sich seine Leistungswerte auf dem Prüfstand verdient — nicht nur auf dem Datenblatt.
Die ultraleichte Carbon- oder Titan-Konstruktion reduziert die ungefederte und die Gesamtmasse, was das Einlenkverhalten schärft und die Trägheit bei starken Bremsmanövern verringert — Vorteile, die sich Runde für Runde auf der Rennstrecke summieren.
Klangcharakter
Der CR-T HIGH wird ohne dB-Killer geliefert. Der großvolumige Auslass ist auf maximale Abgasströmung ausgelegt und erzeugt einen tiefen, lauten und aggressiven Racing-Sound, der dem hochdrehenden Charakter der YZF-R6 voll gerecht wird. Dies ist kein straßentauglich abgestimmter Aftermarket-Endtopf — es ist ein Rennstrecken-Auspuff, der bei 14.000 U/min genau so klingt, wie es sich für eine 600-cm³-Supersport-Maschine gehört.
Hinweis: Diese Anlage ist ausschließlich für den Motorsporteinsatz konzipiert und nicht straßenzugelassen. Sie darf nicht im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr eingesetzt werden.
Materialien und Verarbeitung
SC-Projects Fertigungsstandards entsprechen denen eines Zulieferers für Rennteams. Jeder CR-T HIGH-Endtopf wird von Hand TIG-geschweißt, wobei CNC-gefräste Titan-Hülseneinsätze eine gleichbleibende, reproduzierbare Passform über die gesamte Produktionsreihe der YZF-R6 RJ27 hinweg garantieren. Die Carbon-Variante verwendet hochwertiges gewebtes Carbongewebe für den Endtopfkörper, während die Titan-Variante dieselbe thermische und strukturelle Leistung in einem einzigen, homogenen Material bietet.
