Der Puig Motorspoiler für die Yamaha MT-07 Tracer (2016–2017) ist ein in Barcelona entwickeltes Aero-Kit, das gezielt abtriebserzeugendes Spoiler-Design mit den athletischen Linien der unteren Verkleidung der Tracer verbindet. Im virtuellen Windkanal validiert, verbessert dieser Sportspoiler das Luftstrommanagement und die Stabilität und schützt gleichzeitig den Motorraum vor Straßenschmutz und Verunreinigungen.

Design, Finish und Tradition
Puig entwickelt und fertigt seit Jahrzehnten aerodynamische Anbauteile für Motorräder in Barcelona, und diese Tradition zeigt sich in der Ausführung des Motorspoilers für die MT-07 Tracer. Die geformten ABS-Paneele folgen den ursprünglichen Konturen der Tracer präzise – es gibt keine unschönen Spalten oder unpassenden Übergänge, sondern eine nahtlose optische Erweiterung der werkseitigen Verkleidung. Die Oberfläche verfügt über eine integrierte chemikalienbeständige Schicht, die als dauerhafte UV-Barriere wirkt – das tiefe Schwarz oder der Carbon-Look, den Sie am ersten Tag sehen, bleibt auch nach Jahren erhalten, ganz ohne eine einzige Lackschicht.
Die 2 mm starke Stahl-Montagehardware wird bereits werkseitig gegen Korrosion behandelt, was der seitlichen Spoiler-Baugruppe die Langzeitbeständigkeit verleiht, die sowohl für den täglichen Straßeneinsatz als auch für gelegentliche Trackdays geeignet ist. Mit einem Gesamtgewicht von 930 g bietet das Kit spürbaren Schutz und einen deutlich sportlicheren Charakter, ohne das ausgewogene Fahrverhalten der Tracer zu beeinträchtigen.
Aerodynamische Leistung

Der ABS-Werkstoff von Puig ist so konzipiert, dass er diese Einwirkungen absorbiert und ableitet, statt zu reißen oder sich zu verformen – der Motorraum bleibt sauberer und das Finish intakt. Die von Natur aus UV-beständige Materialeigenschaft, verstärkt durch die Oberflächenbeschichtung, sorgt dafür, dass selbst bei längerer Nutzung in starker Sonneneinstrahlung kein Verblassen oder Sprödwerden auftritt.
