Mit der ABE-Homologation KBA 30653 BS und vollständiger TÜV-Qualitätszertifizierung ist dieses präzise gefertigte Aero-Winglet einer der wenigen Downforce-Spoiler seiner Klasse, der mit voller rechtlicher Sicherheit auf öffentlichen Straßen in ganz Europa montiert und gefahren werden kann.

Konstruktion & Verarbeitungsqualität
Puig entwickelte die Motorspoiler-Reihe in seinem Barceloner Werk und nutzte virtuelle Windkanalsimulationen, um das Aero-Profil zu optimieren, noch bevor ein einziger physischer Prototyp gefertigt wurde. Die Außenschale besteht aus Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol (ABS) – einem Material, das wegen seines außergewöhnlichen Verhältnisses von Steifigkeit, Stoßabsorption und geringem Gewicht gewählt wurde. Statt auf eine separate Lackschicht zu setzen, die abplatzen oder sich ablösen kann, trägt Puig während der Fertigung eine integrierte Oberflächenbehandlung direkt auf das ABS auf. Diese Behandlung widersteht UV-Alterung und chemischen Einflüssen wie Kraftstoffspritzern, Kettenschmiermittel und Straßenschmutz und hält das Finish intakt, ganz ohne Pflegeaufwand für den Besitzer.
Die Metallhalterungen bestehen aus 2 mm starkem Stahl mit Korrosionsschutzbehandlung, was dem Befestigungssystem die strukturelle Stabilität verleiht, um Fahrbahnvibrationen und gelegentliche Stöße dauerhaft auszuhalten. Aerodynamischer Spoiler – Sinn für Straße & Rennstrecke
Bei einem Naked Bike wie der Monster 937 Plus ist der untere Motorraum böigem Luftstrom ausgesetzt, der aerodynamischen Widerstand erzeugt und bei Autobahntempo oder auf schnellen, fließenden Straßen Instabilität verursachen kann. Das Puig Winglet lenkt diesen Luftstrom um die Motorgehäuse herum, reduziert Verwirbelungen unter dem Rahmen und trägt zu einem satteren, vertrauenerweckenderen Fahrgefühl bei.
