Entwickelt und gefertigt im Werk von Puig in Barcelona, ist dieser Bremsenkühler-Luftkanal für die Ducati Panigale V2 S (2025–2026) eine präzisionsgefertigte aerodynamische Lösung, die kalte Luft direkt zum vorderen Bremssattel leitet, die durchschnittliche Satteltemperatur um 10 °C senkt und ein gleichbleibendes, fadingfreies Bremsgefühl bewahrt, wenn das System am stärksten gefordert wird.
Ausstattungsmerkmale
- Der aerodynamische Luftleitkanal fängt den Luftstrom ein, verdichtet ihn und leitet ihn direkt auf den Radialbremssattel – wirksam gegen Bremsenfading und Überhitzung, sowohl am Trackday als auch bei ambitionierter Landstraßenfahrt.

Design, Finish und Tradition
Puig prägt seit Jahrzehnten von Barcelona aus die Aerodynamik im Motorradbau, und jedes Detail dieses Bremsenkühler-Luftkanals spiegelt diese Erfahrung wider. Die strukturierten schwarzen Stahl-Halterungen sind kein nachträglicher Zusatz – sie sind so gefertigt, dass sie die aggressive Karosserie der Panigale V2 S ergänzen und zugleich der thermischen und mechanischen Belastung wiederholter starker Bremsungen standhalten. Der ABS-Kanal selbst ist in engen Toleranzen geformt und sorgt für einen passgenauen, klapperfreien Sitz, der ebenso zielgerichtet aussieht, wie er funktioniert. Mit nur 222 g für das komplette Set ist das Zusatzgewicht vernachlässigbar, während die aerodynamischen und thermischen Vorteile real und reproduzierbar sind.
Leistung auf Straße und Rennstrecke
Unter normalen Straßenbedingungen bleibt die Bremssattel-Temperatur gut beherrschbar, doch eine anspruchsvolle Passstraße, ein Trackday oder aufeinanderfolgende starke Bremszonen können jedes System über sein ideales Betriebsfenster hinaus fordern. In diesem Fall nähert sich die Bremsflüssigkeit ihrem Siedepunkt, und die Belagmischung verliert ihre optimale Bissigkeit – der klassische Vorbote von Bremsenfading. Der Puig Bremsenkühler-Luftkanal setzt genau davor an: Seine geformte Einlasshutze fängt den durch die Vorwärtsbewegung erzeugten Luftstrom ein, verdichtet ihn im Kanal und lässt ihn als konzentrierten Strahl über Bremssattel und Bremsscheibe strömen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Bremssattel, der Runde für Runde in seinem Arbeitsbereich bleibt und in der letzten Kurve einer Session dasselbe Handgefühl liefert wie in der ersten.
Die Montage ist unkompliziert und erfordert kein Spezialwerkzeug. Anhand der beiliegenden gedruckten Anleitung – oder der auf der Puig-Website verfügbaren Version – lassen sich die Kanäle in wenigen Minuten anbringen. Das Einhalten der vorgegebenen Anzugsdrehmomente an den Befestigungsschrauben ist entscheidend: Da es sich um einen hochbelasteten Bereich handelt, sorgt das korrekte Drehmoment dafür, dass die Baugruppe unter Vibration und aerodynamischer Belastung sicher sitzt.
