Kommt die Einheit ohnehin auf die Werkbank, lohnt es sich, die benachbarten Verschleißteile mitzubestellen. Ist die Nummer bekannt, ist die Zuordnung eindeutig — anders als bei der Beschreibung allein. Seine Länge bestimmt, wie weit die Feder vorgespannt wird. Wer über die Rasten hinaus verstellt, beschädigt Nadel und Sitz.
