Das ByPass-Ventil ist die zentrale Innovation: Durch die unabhängige Steuerung der Dämpfungskräfte bei niedriger Kolbenstangengeschwindigkeit ermöglicht das BPV eine verbesserte Ansprache auf kleine Unebenheiten und mehr Stabilität in der Kurvenmitte, ohne die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Dämpfungseinstellungen zu beeinträchtigen, die Bremsen und starke Beschleunigung bestimmen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Federbein, das der Fahrbahnoberfläche präziser folgt und dem Fahrer mehr Rückmeldung gibt – ein Vorteil, der auf einer anspruchsvollen Landstraße genauso deutlich spürbar ist wie auf der Rennstrecke.
Der hydraulische Vorspannungsversteller beseitigt eine der häufigsten Frustrationen bei der alltäglichen Fahrwerksabstimmung. Der Wechsel vom Solofahren zum Fahren mit Sozius oder die Anpassung an unterschiedliche Reifendrücke vor einer längeren Fahrt dauert Sekunden statt Minuten. Konstruktion & Technik
Jedes strukturelle Bauteil ist CNC-gefertigt für Maßgenauigkeit und Oberflächenqualität. Der 35-mm-Gehäusedurchmesser und die 12-mm-Kolbenstange sind so dimensioniert, dass sie den Belastungen standhalten, die das Fahrwerk der CBR 600 RR bei anhaltend intensiver Nutzung erzeugt. Die Federserie 55-155 deckt ein breites Spektrum an Fahrergewichten und Vorlieben ab, und alle Federn sind für den 62-mm-Federweg der Einheit ausgelegt. Die werksseitig empfohlenen Einstellungen – 12 Klicks Druckstufe, 12 Klicks Zugstufe, 8 Klicks BPV und 9 mm Vorspannung – bieten eine ausgewogene Grundeinstellung, von der aus Sie Ihr Setup weiter verfeinern können.
Passgenauigkeit & Kompatibilität
Dieses Federbein passt direkt an die Honda CBR 600 RR aller Modelljahre von 2007 bis 2025. Beide Befestigungsaugen nehmen eine 10-mm-Schraube auf; das obere Auge misst 26 mm in der Breite, das untere Auge 39 mm. Der RCU-Verstellweg beträgt 5 mm. Teilenummer: 255-011-130-010.
