Das Motorrad, das die Klasse verändert hat
Die 2009er S1000RR kam mit 190 PS und Traktionskontrolle, als beides nicht üblich war, und sie wird seither ununterbrochen gefahren im Rennsport. Der Sekundärluft-Ausbau steht von Anfang an auf ihrem Vorbereitungsbogen, die Arbeit ist also gründlich dokumentiert und hält selten Überraschungen bereit.
Und ein drittes Teil
Auf der S-1000-Plattform hinterlässt der Sekundärluftschlauch zusätzlich eine Öffnung in der Airbox, hinter dem Filter. Der Satz deckt Zylinderkopf und Elektronik ab; der Airbox-Stopfen ist eine eigene Artikelnummer. Dieses Loch offen zu lassen bedeutet ungefilterte Luft an den Ansaugtrichtern, was schlimmer ist, als das System eingebaut zu lassen.
Die HP4 Race ist eingeschlossen
BMWs carbonberahmte, reine Streckenmaschine HP4 Race teilt sich diese Passform. An ihr ist die Zulassungsfrage vollständig gegenstandslos — sie war nie zugelassen — und die Arbeit schlicht Teil der normalen Vorbereitung.
