Das serienmäßige Kunststoff-Gasgriffgehäuse der Ducati Panigale 959 gehört zu den anfälligsten Bauteilen bei einem Sturz – und zu den teuersten, wenn dabei die dahinterliegende Elektronik in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wird. Das CNC-gefräste Gasgriffgehäuse aus 7075-Aluminium von JetPrime wurde gezielt entwickelt, um genau diese Schwachstelle zu beseitigen, und verbindet luftfahrttaugliche Materialqualität mit einer nahtlosen Plug-and-play Passform für Panigale 959 Modelle der Baujahre 2016–2019.

Gebaut für die Anforderungen der Panigale 959
JetPrime entwickelt seine Komponenten mit Blick auf den Rennstreckeneinsatz, und das Gasgriffgehäuse aus 7075-Aluminium ist ein klarer Ausdruck dieser Philosophie. Während sich das serienmäßige Kunststoffgehäuse unter Belastung verformt und zersplittert, hält die gefräste Aluminiumhülle stand und bewahrt den Drosselklappensensor sowie die zugehörige Elektronik intakt. Genau dieser Unterschied kann darüber entscheiden, ob ein Trackday mit einem kleinen Ausrutscher oder mit einer erheblichen Reparaturrechnung endet.
Die Oberflächenveredelung entspricht dem übrigen JetPrime-Sortiment – sauber, präzise und passend zum aggressiven Charakter der Panigale 959. Ob an einem Straßenmotorrad, das gelegentlich auf der Rennstrecke bewegt wird, oder an einer reinrassigen Trackmaschine – das Gehäuse verleiht eine Robustheit, die das Serienbauteil einfach nicht erreichen kann.
