Das JetPrime Gasgriffgehäuse ersetzt die anfällige Kunststoff-Serienausführung durch eine präzisionsgefertigte, CNC-gefräste Hülle aus 7075-Aluminium und verleiht Ihrer Maschine echten Sturzschutz genau dort, wo er am meisten zählt – ganz ohne Umbauten.

Entwickelt für Schutz, gebaut für Langlebigkeit
Das serienmäßige Gasgriffgehäuse der Panigale 899 erfüllt seinen Zweck, doch die Kunststoffkonstruktion bietet bei einem Sturz nur wenig Widerstand. Schon ein leichter Sturz bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit kann das Gehäuse zum Bersten bringen und die Throttle-by-Wire-Elektronik ungeschützten Stößen aussetzen – eine Reparatur, die schnell teuer wird. JetPrime löst dieses Problem direkt, indem das Gehäuse aus 7075-Aluminium gefräst wird, derselben hochfesten Legierung, die im Motorsport und in der Luftfahrt zum Einsatz kommt. Das Ergebnis ist ein Bauteil, das Stoßenergie absorbiert und ableitet, anstatt zu zersplittern – und so Ihre Gasgriff-Elektronik intakt hält, damit Ihre Panigale schneller wieder einsatzbereit ist.
Präzisionstechnik ohne Kompromisse
JetPrime-Komponenten werden auf CNC-Bearbeitungszentren mit engsten Toleranzen gefertigt, sodass das Gehäuse perfekt an den serienmäßigen Befestigungspunkten der Panigale 899 ausgerichtet ist. Keine Spalten, kein Spiel, kein Klappern. Die Montage dauert Minuten statt Stunden – einfach die originale Kunststoffabdeckung entfernen, das JetPrime-Gehäuse positionieren und befestigen. Kein Spezialwerkzeug, keine Änderungen an der Verkabelung, keine Neukalibrierung nötig. Das ist die Definition eines Plug and play Upgrades.
