Gefertigt nach denselben hohen Standards, die auch das WorldSBK-Fahrerlager beliefern, vereint diese Abdeckung eine gewichtssparende Konstruktion mit einer Oberfläche, die über Jahre im Straßen- und Rennstreckeneinsatz ihren Charakter bewahrt.

Autoklav-Fertigung — Warum sie wichtig ist
Fullsix fertigt jedes Carbonbauteil in einem druckbeaufschlagten Autoklav-Ofen. Der Prozess verdichtet das Verhältnis von Harz zu Faser enger als bei Kaltaushärtungs- oder Vakuumsack-Verfahren und erzeugt ein Teil, das dichter, steifer und nachweislich stärker im Verhältnis zu seinem Gewicht ist. Dieselbe Technologie steckt auch in den Carbon-Karosserieteilen, die in MotoGP und Superbike-Weltmeisterschaft zum Einsatz kommen, und ist der Grund, warum Fullsix-Teile ihre strukturelle Integrität und optische Qualität weitaus länger bewahren als preisgünstige Alternativen.
Webstrukturen und Oberflächenveredelungen
Die Abdeckung ist in zwei unterschiedlichen Carbon-Webstrukturen erhältlich, die dem fertigen Teil jeweils einen eigenen Charakter verleihen:
- 200 Plain — das klassische Ducati-Werksoptik-Gewebe, das dem Erscheinungsbild des serienmäßigen Carbon-Trims entspricht und eine nahtlose, werkskorrekte Optik schafft
- 245 Twill — ein feineres diagonales Gewebe, das im Rennsport bevorzugt wird, mit einer dynamischeren, moderneren Optik
Jedes Gewebe wird in vier Oberflächenveredelungen angeboten. Die Teilenummern lauten wie folgt:

Passform und Kompatibilität
Diese Stoßdämpferabdeckung wurde speziell für die Ducati Panigale 959 entwickelt und gefertigt, Modelljahre 2016, 2017, 2018 und 2019. Sie ersetzt die originale Serienabdeckung direkt, unter Verwendung der werksseitigen Befestigungspunkte, ohne dass eine Modifikation erforderlich ist.
