Keine Füllfasern, keine Kompromisse — nur im Rennsport entwickeltes Carbon, das die ungefederte Masse reduziert und dabei jene makellose Oberflächenqualität liefert, die eine Panigale in jedem Fahrerlager und auf jeder Straße heraushebt.

Material & Verarbeitungsqualität
Fullsix fertigt jedes Verkleidungsteil unter Autoklav-Druck und bei erhöhter Temperatur — demselben Verfahren, das auch in der Bauteilfertigung von Formel 1 und MotoGP zum Einsatz kommt. Das gewährleistet eine gleichmäßige Harzsättigung in jeder Lage des Carbongewebes und schließt Lufteinschlüsse und Schwachstellen aus, wie sie bei günstigeren Alternativen aus offener Form häufig auftreten. Das Ergebnis ist ein Teil, das zugleich leichter und steifer ist als das ersetzte Original-Kunststoffteil, mit einer Maßgenauigkeit, die jeden OEM-Befestigungspunkt ohne Anpassung aufnimmt.
Die Oberflächenoptionen erfüllen unterschiedliche Zwecke. Glänzend sorgt für eine tiefe, spiegelnde Klarheit, die das Webmuster im Licht brillant zur Geltung bringt. Matt erzeugt eine dezente, rennstreckenorientierte Optik mit reduzierten Reflexionen. Satin liegt dazwischen — edel und dennoch zweckmäßig. Die Roh-Oberfläche wird ohne Decklack geliefert und eignet sich ideal für Fahrer, die eine individuelle Lackierung auftragen oder das Teil in ein komplett individuelles Lackkonzept integrieren möchten.

Das 245 Twill Gewebe führt die Fasern in einem diagonalen 2×2-Muster, was die fließende, dynamische Optik erzeugt, die man von Motorsport-Verkleidungen und Superbike-Replikas kennt. Beide Gewebearten sind strukturell gleichwertig; die Wahl ist rein optischer Natur.
