Das am häufigsten entfernte Bauteil dieses Motorrads
An mehr 1299 wurde der Kennzeichenarm komplett abgeschraubt als irgendeine andere Änderung vorgenommen. Verständlich – und zugleich der Weg, auf dem eine Menge sonst gepflegter Motorräder wegen etwas durch die Prüfung fällt, das mit dem Fahren nichts zu tun hat.
Ein kürzerer Träger ist der Kompromiss, der das Motorrad legal hält und das meiste von dem wegnimmt, was stört. Er ist kein Weglassen, und dieses Angebot ist kein Weg dorthin.
Vier Dinge, auf die ein Prüfer sieht
Die Kennzeichenfläche muss beleuchtet sein. Ein Rückstrahler muss vorhanden und von hinten sichtbar sein. Die Neigung muss innerhalb dessen bleiben, was die örtliche Vorschrift zulässt, und die Einheit muss unter Vibration sicher halten. Für alle vier sind Sie zuständig, sobald der Serienarm herunter ist.
Ducati hat sie mit dem Arm gelöst, den Sie ersetzen. Sie mit einem kurzen Träger erneut zu lösen, kostet ein paar Minuten und eine Taschenlampe im Dunkeln – und dort merken die meisten, dass die Kennzeichenleuchte ins Leere zeigt.
Passend für
Ducati 1299 Panigale, Modelljahre 2015 bis 2017, an den originalen Heckrahmenpunkten, mit der serienmäßigen Kennzeichenleuchte, sofern örtliche Vorschriften keine andere verlangen.
Zulassung
Fullsix stellt weder eine ABE noch eine EG-Betriebserlaubnis aus, und bei einem Kennzeichenträger ist genau das die heikle Stelle. In Deutschland gilt ein Kennzeichenträger ohne Teilegutachten oder ABE für sich genommen als nicht eintragungsfähig. Klären Sie das mit Ihrer Prüforganisation, bevor das Teil ans Motorrad geht, nicht danach.
Montage
Zuerst die Leuchte umsetzen und in einer dunklen Garage einschalten, bevor sonst etwas festgezogen wird. Danach die Sichtlinie zum Rückstrahler von direkt hinten auf Kennzeichenhöhe prüfen.
Zum Schluss das Heck von Hand durch seinen Weg drücken und den Abstand zum Reifen beobachten. Ein Träger, der auf dem Ständer frei ist und unter Last anliegt, ist schlechter als der Arm, den Sie abgenommen haben.
