Straßenzugelassenes Carbon mit Rennsport-Erbe

Das bedeutet: Sobald die Teile montiert sind, sind Sie vorschriftsgemäß unterwegs — ein wichtiger Unterschied für jeden Fahrer, der seine Panigale 1199 außerhalb geschlossener Rennstrecken nutzt. Die Zertifizierung ist ein direktes Ergebnis der strengen internen Qualitätskontrolle von Fullsix, die denselben Standards folgt, die auch bei den an Rennteams gelieferten Bauteilen angewendet werden.
Material und Oberflächen-Optionen
Zwei Carbon-Gewebestrukturen stehen zur Verfügung, um unterschiedlichen Ästhetiken gerecht zu werden und zu bestehenden Karosseriekonfigurationen zu passen:
Webmuster 200 Plain: Das Vier-mal-Vier-Leinwandmuster orientiert sich eng an der Carbonstruktur, die bei Ducatis eigenem Werkszubehör verwendet wird, wodurch diese Teile auf Motorrädern mit bereits vorhandenen OEM-Carbonteilen eine nahtlose optische Übereinstimmung ergeben.
Webmuster 245 Twill: Die diagonale Verflechtung des Twill-Musters erzeugt eine komplexere, dreidimensionale Optik, die viele Fahrer mit hochwertigen Aftermarket- und Race-Replica-Aufbauten assoziieren.
Beide Strukturen sind mit glänzendem oder mattem Klarlack erhältlich. Die glänzende Oberfläche erzeugt eine tiefe, spiegelähnliche Fläche, die das Gewebe im Licht betont. Die matte Oberfläche verleiht einen dezenteren, zeitgemäßen Look, der gut zu Satin- oder Roh-Carbon-Karosseriethemen passt.
Konstruktion und Haltbarkeit
Jedes Teil wird aus 100 % echter Carbonfaser laminiert — keine Carbon-Optik-Folie und keine Verbundwerkstoffmischung —, was dem Set ein hervorragendes Verhältnis von Festigkeit zu Gewicht verleiht. Die Verkleidungserweiterung verstärkt die Frontpartie des Motorrads sowohl strukturell als auch aerodynamisch und verleiht einem Bereich, der bei anhaltend hohen Geschwindigkeiten anfällig für Vibrationsbelastung ist, zusätzliche Steifigkeit. Die UV-stabile Decklackschicht sorgt dafür, dass das Gewebe scharf und dunkel bleibt, statt den bernsteinfarbenen Stich zu entwickeln, der minderwertige Klarlacke im Laufe der Zeit beeinträchtigt.
