CK22312 ist der rechte Abschluss des Rennhecks — die Seite, auf der der Endschalldämpfer sitzt. Es trägt dieselbe Form wie sein Gegenstück, verbringt sein Leben aber über einer heißen Auspuffanlage. Damit ist die Laminatspezifikation der interessante Teil und nicht der Umriss.

Wieder Hitze
Der Schaden, der auf der Auspuffseite überrascht, ist kein dramatischer. Es ist ein langsames Erweichen an der Innenseite nach Dutzenden Temperaturzyklen, das sich als matte Stelle oder als leichter Steifigkeitsverlust zeigt, lange bevor etwas reißt. Die Aushärtung des Laminats unter Druck ist die Gegenmaßnahme, denn den Schaden richtet zwischen den Lagen eingeschlossene Luft an: Sie dehnt sich bei jeder Erwärmung aus und arbeitet am Harz, bis die Bindung aufgibt. Ein konsolidiertes Laminat hat davon von vornherein weit weniger.
Worauf beim Reinigen zu achten ist
Die Innenseite des rechten Heckflügels sammelt, was niemand wäscht: Bremsstaub der hinteren Scheibe, Kettenschleuder und eine feine Gummischicht. Dieser Abrieb wirkt leicht schleifend und liegt genau dort, wo das Teil auf seinen Aufnahmen anliegt. Die Innenfläche abzuwischen, wenn das Heck ab ist, kostet eine Minute und gibt Gelegenheit, das Laminat rund um die Verschraubungen anzusehen — dort beginnt ein Riss, falls einer kommt.
Freigang
Den Abstand zum Endschalldämpfer bei kaltem Auspuff und mit dem Motorrad auf den Rädern prüfen, nicht auf dem Ständer. Ein Motorrad unter eigenem Gewicht steht anders, und ein Freigang, der auf dem Montageständer großzügig aussieht, kann sich schließen, sobald das Fahrwerk die Last aufnimmt.
