Abtrieb an einer 600er
Aerodynamische Anbauteile kamen zuerst an Literbikes, und die Begründung war einfach: genug Leistung, um das Vorderrad zu heben, also etwas anbauen, das es herunterdrückt. An einer 600er liegt der Fall anders und geht mehr um Stabilität als um Wheelies. Diese Maschinen tragen sehr hohe Kurvengeschwindigkeit und verbringen lange Passagen in voller Schräglage bei offenem Gas — und genau dort verdient ein Element an der Flanke seinen Platz: Es arbeitet in bereits von der Maske umgelenkter Luft und zeigt sich als satt liegendes Motorrad, nicht als Last auf dem Vorderreifen.
Gedruckt, und was das für den Lack heißt
Ein gedrucktes Teil trägt an der Oberfläche eine feine Schichtstufung. Sie will vor der Farbe gefüllt und angeschliffen werden, nicht einen Lackauftrag direkt auf das rohe Material, sonst zeichnen sich die Linien im streifenden Licht durch den fertigen Lack ab. Erwähnen Sie es bei der Übergabe an den Lackierer — ein Flügel ist klein genug, um nebenbei behandelt und dann falsch behandelt zu werden.
