Akrapovic veröffentlicht für diesen Dämpfer kein Gewicht, keinen Leistungswert und keinen Geräuschwert. Das steht hier oben und nicht im Kleingedruckten, denn bei einem Teil für neunhundert Euro ist das Fehlen von Zahlen selbst eine Information: Es gibt nichts, was man gegen den straßenzugelassenen Slip-On für dieselben Motorräder halten könnte.

Was Akrapovic nicht sagt
Zu den meisten Anlagen dieses Katalogs liefert der Hersteller ein Prüfstandsblatt: Gewicht vorher und nachher, Leistung und Drehmoment bei genannten Drehzahlen, ein Standgeräuschwert. Zu dieser Artikelnummer gibt es nichts davon.
Der wahrscheinliche Grund: Ein Rennauspuff mit vorgeschriebener Neuabstimmung hat keinen einzelnen Satz Werte — die Zahlen hängen am Kennfeld. Das ist eine faire Erklärung und bleibt trotzdem eine Lücke. Wer eine bezifferte Gewichtsersparnis braucht, bevor er kauft, sollte beim Vertrieb nachfragen statt sie anzunehmen.
Die Schelle aus Carbon
Dass die Endkappe aus Carbon ist, ist üblich. Dass die Dämpferschelle aus Carbon ist, nicht — die meisten Anlagen verwenden ein Band aus Stahl oder Aluminium, weil eine Schelle Last tragen muss. Akrapovic fertigt sie von Hand aus Carbon, und das ist das Detail, an dem man das Teil im Fahrerlager sofort erkennt.
Zwei Lambdasonden
Die Anlage ist für Euro-5+-Maschinen gebaut, deren Serienauspuff zwei Lambdasonden trägt. Das ist keine Vorliebe, sondern eine Passbedingung: Eine ältere RSV4 mit nur einer Sonde hat eine andere Abgasführung und braucht ein anderes Teil.
Prüfen Sie vor der Bestellung, was verbaut ist. Das Modelljahr allein entscheidet es nicht, weil Aprilia mitten in der Baureihe umgestellt hat.
Die Neuabstimmung gehört zum Preis
Akrapovic gibt an, dass die Neuabstimmung für die volle Wirkung dieser Anlage zwingend ist. An einem V4, der ohnehin eine feinfühlige elektronische Gasannahme fährt, heißt das eine Sitzung bei jemandem, der die Baureihe kennt, und kein Kennfeld von der Stange.
Rechnen Sie es ein. Ein Rennendtopf auf Serienkennfeld ist eine laute Art, langsamer zu fahren.
Drei Maschinen, ein Dämpfer
Die RSV4, die Tuono V4 1100 und die Tuono V4 1100 Factory teilen sich den 1.077-cm³-V4 und denselben Abgasaustritt. Ein Teil deckt alle drei von 2021 bis 2026 ab.
Wo sie neben den anderen steht
Akrapovic baut für diese Maschinen auch S-A10SO14-HEZT — einen Slip-On mit EG- und ECE-Typgenehmigung, der ohne Neuabstimmung auskommt — und die vollständige Evolution Line S-A10E10-RT für die Rennstrecke. Dieser Dämpfer liegt dazwischen: nur Rennstrecke, aber ein Slip-On statt einer Komplettanlage, und entsprechend bepreist.
