Viele Besitzer einer Zero DS von 2014 bis 2017 fahren ihr elektrisches Dual-Sport-Motorrad noch täglich, auch durch nasse Winter. Für den hinteren Bremssattel bietet Accossato den Belag AGPP91 in der Sintermischung (ST) an, passend für jede Akkuversion, die Accossato für diese Jahre verzeichnet, vom frühen ZF8.5 bis zum ZF13.0. Der Hersteller gibt an, dass sein Sintermaterial bei niedrigen und hohen Temperaturen hohen, konstanten Grip hält und bei Nässe gut greift.

Fertigung und Materialgüte

Accossatos gesinterter AGPP91 ist auf Beständigkeit ausgelegt: hohe Reibung, die sich zwischen kalt und heiß kaum ändert, dazu guter Grip bei Nässe. Für die Hinterradbremse einer älteren DS, die durch alle Jahreszeiten genutzt wird, zählt diese Vorhersehbarkeit. Die Beläge sind auf langen Verschleiß und geringes Fading ausgelegt. OR- und STMX-Versionen des AGPP91 sind ebenfalls gelistet. Jede Packung enthält zwei Beläge, den Satz für einen Bremssattel.

Schotter, Regen und Nebenwege

Die DS wurde für mehr als Asphalt konstruiert, und viele Besitzer nutzen sie auf unbefestigten Wegen und Schotterstraßen. Dort wird die Hinterradbremse vorsichtig eingesetzt, um ein Blockieren des Rads zu vermeiden, oft auf einer nassen Scheibe. Ein Sinterbelag liefert eine konstante Reaktion, die dem Fahrer hilft, die Grenze des Grips zu finden. Für reinen Stadteinsatz bei trockenem Wetter ist die organische Variante sanfter, für starken Schlamm ist die STMX-Version für Geländefahrer ausgelegt.

Kontrolle einer älteren Bremse

Bei einem mehrere Jahre alten Motorrad lohnt sich beim Belagwechsel ein Blick auf die gesamte Hinterradbremse: Kolben, Dichtungen, Flüssigkeit und Scheibe. Die Kolben vor dem Zurückdrücken reinigen, alte Flüssigkeit ersetzen und das Pedal nach dem Einbau bis zum festen Druckpunkt pumpen.

Passform und Kompatibilität

Vier Modelljahre teilen sich diesen hinteren Belag: jede DS von 2014 bis 2017, unabhängig von der Akkugröße. Besitzer des 2024er-Modells bestellen stattdessen den AGPA29. Winterfahrer, die einen passenden vorderen Belag suchen, finden den AGPA92 für 2015 bis 2017, ebenfalls in ST, und den AGPA96 für 2024. Für eine DS aus dem Jahr 2014 ist in unseren Daten kein vorderer Belag gelistet, sodass für diesen Jahrgang nur das Heck abgedeckt ist.

Straßenzulassung

Für diesen Belag liegen uns keine deutsche ABE und kein Prüfzertifikat vor. Wir verkaufen ihn für den Renn- und Wettbewerbseinsatz.
