Supermoto beschädigt ein Motorrad auf eine Weise, die weder Straßen- noch Motocrossfahren ganz erklärt. Die Stürze passieren auf Asphalt bei mäßigem Tempo, die Maschine rutscht statt zu überschlagen, und das, was zuerst den Boden berührt, ist, was am weitesten absteht: das Lenkerende, die Fußraste und der Hebel. Eine richtig gefahrene 450 SMR tut das ein paar Mal pro Saison. Accossato listet den AGD316 für das Modell 2021, einen silbernen Bremshebel vorn in Originalform.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Hartes Bremsen auf Asphalt verlangt ein Bedienelement, das sich vorhersehbar verhält, und der sicherste Weg dahin ist, die Form zu bewahren, auf die das Motorrad ausgelegt ist. Der AGD316 folgt der Form des an der 450 SMR montierten Bremshebels, sodass die Hebelwirkung am Bremszylinder und die Position der Finger unverändert bleiben. Accossato listet das Teil unter den Ersatzteilen in Originalform, die das Unternehmen für ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entwickelt hat, und gibt an, dass das Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Hebel sie nach Beschädigung oder einem Zusammenstoß widerstandsfähiger macht. Diese Anwendung ist in Silber gelistet, und der Hersteller veröffentlicht keine weiteren technischen Informationen.
Bordsteine statt Felsen
Die Schadensliste eines Supermoto-Fahrers sieht anders aus als die eines Enduro-Fahrers. Statt Hebelblättern, die durch Stürze im Schritttempo langsam verbogen werden, ist die typische Verletzung hier plötzlich: ein Asphaltrutscher, der das Ende eines Hebels abschleift, oder eine harte Landung vom Erdsprung, die das gesamte Gewicht des Motorrads durch eine Seite des Cockpits leitet. Auch die Folgen sind anders. Auf losem Untergrund ist ein verkürztes Hebelblatt eine Unannehmlichkeit; bei hartem Bremsen in eine Haarnadelkurve verändert es, wo die Finger sitzen und wie viel vom Hebelblatt zur Dosierung übrig bleibt, was jeder, der spät bremst, sofort spürt. Deshalb ist die vernünftige Antwort an einer 450 SMR Ersatz statt Improvisation. Das abgebrochene Ende glattzufeilen hinterlässt ein Bedienelement, das zu kurz für korrekte Nutzung ist, und ein verbogenes Hebelblatt gerade zu biegen hinterlässt eines, das beim nächsten ernsten Bremsvorgang reißen kann. Es lohnt sich auch, nach jedem Rutscher die Armatur zu prüfen, denn eine gedrehte Klemmung hat ihre Aufgabe erfüllt und muss nur zurückgestellt werden, während eine unbewegte den gesamten Aufprall an die umgebenden Teile weitergegeben hat. Stellen Sie den Winkel mit dem Fahrer auf dem Motorrad und in Bremshaltung ein, ziehen Sie fest, aber nicht brutal an, und halten Sie ein Ersatzhebelblatt in der Kiste, die zur Strecke mitfährt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossatos Eintrag für die 450 SMR gibt den AGD316 für 2021 auf der Bremsseite an, während die Kupplungsseite über einen deutlich längeren Zeitraum vom AGS14 abgedeckt wird, von 2013 bis 2021. Der Bremscode wird sehr weit mit den parallel gebauten Geländemodellen geteilt und erscheint in unserem Katalog außerdem für die Husqvarna FC 450, die Husqvarna FS 450 und die Husqvarna TC 250. Accossato nennt in unseren Unterlagen keinen CNC-Hebel für die 450 SMR, sodass das Original-Ersatzteil der Eintrag ist, den wir hier anbieten können.
Straßenzulassung
Für den AGD316 wurden uns keine Zulassungsunterlagen übergeben, sodass wir weder eine deutsche ABE noch ein Prüfzeichen nennen können, und der Hebel wird für Renn- und Wettbewerbseinsatz verkauft.
