Die FC 250 ist die kleinste der Motocross-Vierzylinder-Baureihe, und ihr Bremshebel vorn ist genau das Teil, das Accossato für eine lange Reihe anderer Maschinen derselben Jahre listet. Das macht aus einem Ersatzteil etwas wirklich Nützliches: ein Hebel in der Werkstattschublade deckt mehrere Motorräder im Anhänger ab. Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato ordnet den AGD14 seinen Ersatzteilen in Originalform zu, das heißt, er übernimmt die Form des Bremshebels, mit dem die FC 250 ausgeliefert wurde, statt einen anderen anzubieten. Der Zweck der Baureihe ist ein niedriger Preis für ein Teil, das eher bricht als verschleißt, und Accossato gibt an, dass die Art der Fertigung diesen Hebeln nach Beschädigung oder einem Sturz mehr Widerstandsfähigkeit verleiht. Die für dieses Motorrad gelistete Farbe ist silber. Was der Hersteller nicht veröffentlicht, liefern wir nicht nach: keinen Werkstoff, kein Gewicht, keine Maße.
Ein Hebel für eine ganze Reihe Motorräder
Ein Vereinsmechaniker oder eine Familie mit mehreren Husqvarnas im Transporter hat einen praktischen Grund, genau diesen Hebel vorrätig zu halten. Accossato listet den AGD14 nicht nur für die FC 250, sondern für die größeren Motocross-Vierzylinder, für die Enduro-Modelle und für Zweitakter derselben Periode, sodass ein einziges Ersatzteil fast den gesamten Anhänger abdecken kann. Bewahren Sie ihn eingewickelt auf, damit das Hebelblatt nicht zwischen Schraubenschlüsseln beschädigt wird, und legen Sie das passende Werkzeug für die Lagerstelle direkt daneben, denn nichts kostet an einem Renntag mehr Zeit als die Suche nach dem einen passenden Schlüssel. Der Wechsel selbst geht schnell. Nehmen Sie die Lagerstelle heraus, wischen Sie sie und die Bohrung vom Sand frei, der sich an jeder Geländemaschine ansammelt, tragen Sie einen dünnen Fettfilm auf, und montieren Sie den neuen Hebel so, dass er sich frei und ohne Spiel an der Armatur bewegt. Prüfen Sie, dass er den Kolben des Bremszylinders sauber betätigt, ziehen Sie ihn mehrmals, bis der Druckpunkt fest ist, und testen Sie die Vorderradbremse im Schritttempo, bevor der Fahrer wieder hinausfährt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato listet den AGD14 für die FC 250 von 2018 bis 2021. Für die früheren Motorräder, 2014 bis 2017, ist der Original-Bremshebel der AGD316, hier entscheidet also das Modelljahr statt der Form. Derselbe AGD14 ist bei uns unter anderem für die FE 350, die FS 450 und die TX 125 gelistet. Auf der Kupplungsseite hat die FC 250 den AGS14 und den AGS17, und Accossatos Tuningteile für dieses Motorrad sind der CNC-Bremshebel B8283 sowie die CNC-Kupplungshebel C7283 und C7284.
Straßenzulassung
Für den AGD14 liegen uns keine Prüf- oder Zulassungsunterlagen vor, was eine deutsche ABE und ein Prüfzeichen ausschließt. Wir listen den Hebel für Renn- und Wettbewerbseinsatz, und eine FC 250 ist von vornherein eine Wettbewerbsmaschine.
