Gemeinsame Ausfahrten enden meist auf dieselbe Weise: eine Reihe Motorräder vor einem Café, Helme auf den Spiegeln, Fahrer, die die Reihe entlanggehen und sehen wollen, was die anderen an ihren Maschinen gemacht haben. Eine Shiver 900 in dieser Reihe wird von oben betrachtet, und das Erste, was man sieht, ist der Lenker mit dem vorderen Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter. Aprilias nackter Zweizylinder von 2017 bis 2019 zeigt seine Armaturen offen. Für seinen vorderen Behälter fertigt Accossato den TS004, einen Deckel aus CNC-gefrästem Aluminium, in sieben Farben eloxiert.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Der TS004 von Accossato ist Aluminium, das auf CNC-Anlagen bearbeitet und eloxiert wurde; das Eloxieren liefert die Farbe, und sieben werden angeboten: gold, orange, blau, schwarz, silber, grün und rot. Der Deckel passt auf den originalen vorderen Behälter der gelisteten Motorräder, was bedeutet, dass die Shiver 900 ihren Hauptbremszylinder und ihre Bremsleitungen behält. Sehen Sie sich die Dichtung oder Membran unter dem alten Deckel an, bevor Sie den Behälter verschließen, und tauschen Sie sie gegen eine neue, falls sie gerissen ist.

An der Shiver 900 ist der Behälterdeckel eines der wenigen Teile vorne, das Farbe tragen kann, ohne den Charakter des Motorrads zu verändern. Wählen Sie einen Ton, der zum Lack von Tank und Rahmen passt, oder stimmen Sie ihn auf andere eloxierte Teile ab, die Sie bereits haben. Machen Sie vor der gemeinsamen Ausfahrt den Behälter zum Teil Ihrer Kontrolle: Flüssigkeit zwischen den Markierungen, keine Rückstände rund um den Deckel, ein fester Hebel. Montieren Sie den TS004 am Abend davor, nehmen Sie sich Zeit. Richten Sie den Lenker gerade, sodass der Behälter waagerecht liegt, schützen Sie Tank und Scheinwerferbereich mit einem weichen Tuch und arbeiten Sie zügig, denn Bremsflüssigkeit nimmt Feuchtigkeit auf. Jeder Spritzer auf dem Lack muss sofort mit Wasser abgespült werden, sonst hinterlässt er eine Spur, die jeder in der Reihe sieht. Ziehen Sie den Deckel behutsam an und probieren Sie den Hebel bei stehendem Motorrad, bevor Sie zu den anderen aufbrechen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Für die Shiver 900 deckt die Liste von Accossato das Modell der Jahre 2017 und 2018 sowie die Euro-4-Version Navi mit ABS von 2019 ab. Derselbe Deckel erscheint in unserem Katalog für die Shiver 750 und die Dorsoduro 900.
