Den Bremspunkt gibt ein RSV4 1100-Fahrer als Letztes freiwillig her. Für die Aprilia RSV4 1100 der Jahre 2019 bis 2025 ist das der B005, eine 102,2 × 42,0 mm große Fläche auf lasergeschnittener Trägerplatte. Der B005 in EX-Race-Ausführung ist die Fassung für Fahrer, denen Gefühl wichtiger ist als Erstanbiss.
Wichtigste Merkmale

Aufbau und Materialqualität
Der B005 ist ein Rennteil in der Art, wie er gemacht ist, nicht nur in der Art, wie er verkauft wird. Die Reibschicht des B005 wird mit einem Fügeverfahren gebunden, das die Okada Corporation gegen den häufigsten Ausfall von Sinterbelägen entwickelt hat. Und deshalb kann ZCOO die Fadingreserve des B005 jenseits von 600 Grad ohne Einschränkung angeben.
Wirkung und Gefühl
Auf einer RSV4 1100 verdient sich EX Race in der zweiten Hälfte einer Session. Die Mischung wurde für das gesamte Temperaturband ausgelegt, das eine RSV4 1100 erlebt, nicht nur für dessen oberes Ende. Und genau deshalb wechselt man auf einer RSV4 1100 überhaupt die Mischung.
Passform und Kompatibilität
ZCOOs Passformdaten geben den B005 für die zwischen 2019 und 2025 gebaute RSV4 1100 an. Dieselbe B005-Form deckt 117 weitere Maschinen im Katalog 2026 ab. Prüfen Sie vor der Bestellung, ob Ihr Sattel einen Belag von 102,2 mm Länge und 42,0 mm Höhe aufnimmt. Ausschließlich Vorderachse – einen B005 für hinten gibt es nicht.

Für diesen Belag ist keine ECE-R90-Genehmigung dokumentiert. Sie steht weder im ZCOO-Katalog noch auf der Seite des europäischen Distributors, und auf den uns vorliegenden Verpackungsdaten ist keine Genehmigungsnummer angegeben. ZCOO selbst beschreibt die Mischung als gleichermaßen für Renn- und Straßenmaschinen geeignet – das ist eine Beschreibung der Mischung und keine Typgenehmigung.
