Aufgebaut auf einem einteiligen Gusskörper aus Aluminium und vier aufeinander abgestimmten 32-mm-Edelstahlkolben, bringt dieser Bremssattel vorne rechts echte Renn-Bauqualität auf Trackday-Maschinen und Performance-Umbauten – zu einem Preis, der ernsthafte Upgrades erschwinglich macht.

Guss-Monoblock-Bauweise
Der einteilige Gusskörper ist das Fundament des Charakters des C52. Anders als mehrteilige, mit Schrauben verbundene Bremssättel eliminiert die Monoblock-Bauweise das Verwindungspotenzial an der Brücke und sorgt dafür, dass alle vier Kolben unabhängig von Bremstemperatur oder Bremslast im Gleichklang arbeiten. Das Ergebnis ist ein gleichbleibendes Gefühl, das es Fahrern erlaubt, ihre Bremspunkte präzise zu kalibrieren – im Vertrauen darauf, dass sich der Sattel in Runde eins genauso verhält wie in Runde zwanzig. Die Gussbauweise trägt zudem zu einer exzellenten Haltbarkeit bei den wiederholten thermischen Wechselbelastungen im harten Streckeneinsatz bei.
P4-32/32-Kolbenanordnung und Bremsgefühl
Die symmetrische Anordnung von vier 32-mm-Kolben sorgt dafür, dass die Anpresskraft gleichmäßig über die gesamte Breite des Bremsbelags aufgebracht wird – ungleichmäßige Verschleißmuster und inkonsistente Anbisspunkte, wie sie asymmetrische Anordnungen hervorrufen können, entfallen. Der Druckaufbau ist progressiv und am Hebel leicht zu dosieren, was Fahrern das Vertrauen gibt, tief in Kurven hinein anzubremsen. Die Edelstahlkolben tragen zur Fading-Resistenz bei, da sie weniger Wärme in die Bremsflüssigkeit leiten als Aluminium-Alternativen.
Blau eloxierte Oberfläche
Die blaue Eloxalbeschichtung ist nicht rein kosmetischer Natur. Die Eloxierung erzeugt eine harte Oxidschicht, die fest mit dem Aluminium verbunden ist und spürbaren Schutz gegen Abrieb, Korrosion und die erhöhten Temperaturen bei aggressivem Bremsen bietet. Die Oberfläche behält ihr Erscheinungsbild Session für Session und passt zu einer Vielzahl von Rahmenfarben und Felgenfinishes. Der C52 ist außerdem in den Varianten Titan-eloxiert und Gold-eloxiert erhältlich – für Fahrer, die ein stimmiges Farbkonzept an ihrem Bike umsetzen möchten.
