Nichts in den technischen Daten unterscheidet sie, was bedeutet, dass die technischen Daten der falsche Ort zum Nachschauen sind. Der einzige Unterschied, den die Preisliste verzeichnet, ist ein einziges Wort bei dieser Nummer – Kit – und eine höhere Position auf derselben Seite. Das macht die Wahl zu einer Frage des Lieferumfangs, und solche Fragen werden geprüft, nicht geraten.

Das kommt häufiger vor, als ein Katalog offensichtlich macht, und die ehrliche Lesart ist, dass der Unterschied irgendwo liegt, was das Datenblatt nicht abdeckt. Warum überhaupt das feine Medium
Weil 14 Mikron die feinste für dieses Gehäuse gelistete Stufe ist, und weil Sprint Filter das Medium unter anspruchsvollen Bedingungen führt, nicht unter Leistung. Der Preis steht auf derselben Zeile wie der Nutzen: 1.800 l/m²/sek, wo das gewebte Straßenelement mit 5.050 bewertet ist. Mehr zurückgehalten, weniger durchgelassen – ein Tausch, dessen Richtung von den gefahrenen Straßen kommt, nicht von der Reihenfolge im Sortiment. Keines der beiden Medien verleiht mehr Leistung: Ein Einsteckfilter macht einen Serien-650er-Twin nicht spürbar stärker, und dieser hier wird für das gekauft, was er aufhält.
Pflege und Reinigung
Durchgehend trockene Wartung. Druckluft auf die saubere Seite des K196P14, nach außen gerichtet, löst die Ladung; da sich die Matte über ihre Tiefe füllt, gibt sie sie allmählich wieder ab, arbeiten Sie also gleichmäßig statt kräftig. Lauwarmes Wasser mit einem Tropfen mildem Reinigungsmittel erledigt alles Fettige, und die Spülung geht weiter, bis das Wasser klar abläuft. Sie trocknet an Luft bei Raumtemperatur – eine Heißluftpistole oder Flamme würde sie ruinieren – und kommt unbehandelt zurück. Das Wartungsblatt finden Sie unter „Downloads".
Passform & Kompatibilität
Gelistet für die Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 von 2018 bis 2026. Die Interceptor 650 teilt sich bei dieser Nummer dieselben Jahre, und die Bear 650 kommt für 2025 und 2026 hinzu – drei Maschinen, ein Luftfilterkasten.
