Die SC-Project STREET SC1-S ist eine komplette, straßenzugelassene Auspuffanlage, die speziell für die Yamaha YZF-R7 (2021-2025) entwickelt wurde und echte Leistungsgewinne, eine Gewichtsersparnis von 2 kg sowie einen satten, voluminösen Auspuffklang liefert — und das alles bei voller Euro-5-Konformität. Leistung und Gewichtsersparnis
Durch den Wegfall unnötiger Serienkomponenten und eine optimierte Abgasführung mündet der 2-1-Krümmer aus Edelstahl AISI 304 direkt in den SC1-S-Endtopf, wodurch der Gegendruck reduziert und die Betriebstemperatur gesenkt wird. Das Ergebnis ist eine spürbare Verbesserung über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich: +1,6 PS bei 10.000 U/min sorgen für mehr Nachdruck im oberen Drehzahlbereich, während +2,3 Nm bei 4.750 U/min den mittleren Bereich auffüllen — für ein souveräneres, lineareres Ansprechverhalten auf der Straße. Die Ersparnis von 2 kg an der Auspuffposition steigert zudem spürbar die Wendigkeit der YZF-R7 bei Richtungswechseln und verbessert die Gesamtbalance.

Materialien und Verarbeitung
SC-Project fertigt die STREET SC1-S nach denselben Fertigungsstandards wie ihr Rennsport-Sortiment. Der komplette 2-1-Krümmer besteht aus Edelstahl AISI 304 und wird mittels TIG-Schweißung für ein sauberes, langlebiges Finish verbunden. CNC-gefräste Titan-Muffen verbinden die einzelnen Segmente mit engen Toleranzen, wodurch Undichtigkeiten ausgeschlossen und eine gleichbleibende Strömungsgeometrie gewährleistet werden. Der SC1-S-Endtopf selbst ist wahlweise in Titan- oder Carbon-Ausführung erhältlich, bei beiden Varianten mit Carbon-Endkappe. Das mitgelieferte Carbon-Hitzeschild rundet das Paket sowohl funktional als auch optisch gegenüber der Serienanlage ab.
Passgenauigkeit und Kompatibilität
Diese Anlage ist ein direkter Anschraub-Ersatz, der ausschließlich für die Yamaha YZF-R7 entwickelt und getestet wurde und die Modelljahre 2021 bis 2025 abdeckt. Es sind keine Schneid-, Anpassungs- oder Sonderhalterungsarbeiten erforderlich. Die im Kit enthaltene Solo-Auspuffhalterung sorgt für eine korrekte Ausrichtung und eine sichere, klapperfreie Montage.
