Gemeinsam mit MotoGP- und Moto2-Werksteams entwickelt, ist der SC-Project CR-T Slip-On die kompromisslose Rennstreckenwaffe für die BMW S1000RR K67 (2019-2020). Mit einer Gewichtsersparnis von 1,5 kg gegenüber der Serienanlage und einem gemessenen Schallpegel von 100 dB authentischem Renn-Sound verwandelt dieser Schalldämpfer ein straßenzugelassenes Superbike in einen echten Rennstrecken-Konkurrenten.

Leistung auf der Rennstrecke
Die CR-T-Serie entstand aus dem direkten Engagement von SC-Project auf höchster Ebene des Grand-Prix-Rennsports. Jede konstruktive Entscheidung — der Verzicht auf einen dB-Killer, die Titan-Innenteile, die orbitalgeschweißten Nähte — dient einzig dem Ziel, den Reihenvierzylinder der S1000RR im oberen Drehzahlbereich zu befreien. Bei 6.750 U/min misst die Anlage 100 dB — ein Wert, der den Einsatz ausschließlich auf der Rennstrecke erfordert. Die Plug-and-Play-Verbindung an das serienmäßige BMW-Mittelrohr sorgt dafür, dass die Montagezeit zwischen den Sessions minimiert wird, statt in der Werkstatt zu verstreichen.
Konstruktionsdetails
Sowohl die Titan- (B33A-50TR) als auch die Carbon-Variante (B33A-50CR) teilen sich dieselbe Grundarchitektur. Das Endtopfgehäuse besteht wahlweise aus handgelegtem Carbon oder handgeformtem Titan; die interne Dämmung ist bewusst minimal gehalten, um den Abgasstrom zu erhalten. Der Ø65 mm-Auslass ist mit dem charakteristischen Titan-Auslassgitter versehen — einem Markenzeichen der SC-Project-Rennserie —, und die geschweißte Halterung sorgt dafür, dass der Schalldämpfer auch bei harter Beschleunigung und Bremsung sicher positioniert bleibt, ohne sich zu bewegen. Sämtliche Schrauben, Federn und Kleinteile sind für eine komplette Trackday-Montage im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Wichtiger Hinweis — nur für den Rennstreckeneinsatz
Der SC-Project CR-T Slip-On (B33A-50) verfügt über keine Straßenzulassung und darf nicht im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr eingesetzt werden. Er ist ausschließlich für den Wettkampfeinsatz auf abgesperrten Rennstrecken konzipiert und wird auch nur dafür verkauft. Die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der geltenden Sportreglements liegt beim Fahrer.
