Das geschwungene, aerodynamisch durchdachte Profil und die hochwertige Konstruktion aus widerstandsfähigem Thermoplast verleihen diesem Windschild eine Präsenz, die zur rennsportlichen Optik der Pikes Peak passt – während das integrierte, verstellbare Visier eine Windmanagement-Ebene hinzufügt, die ein Standard-Windschild schlicht nicht bieten kann.
Wichtige Merkmale

Design, Verarbeitung und Tradition
Puig fertigt seit 1964 Windschilder für Motorräder, und diese über Jahrzehnte gewachsene Erfahrung zeigt sich in jedem Detail dieses Designs. Das Profil ist nicht einfach eine vergrößerte Basisvorlage – es wurde entwickelt, um mit der aerodynamischen Charakteristik der Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak zusammenzuwirken und den Luftstrom über und um den Fahrer zu lenken, statt ihn nur abzublocken. Das verstellbare Visier
Nicht jedes Touring-Windschild von Puig verfügt über ein Visier – dieses Modell schon, und der Unterschied ist auf der Straße sofort spürbar. Das Visier wird über die vorgebohrten Löcher im Hauptwindschild montiert, sodass der Fahrer den Winkel des oberen Deflektors an Sitzposition, Geschwindigkeit und Bedingungen anpassen kann. Bei Autobahntempo lenkt es ein Polster saubere Luft oberhalb der Helmhöhe; bei niedrigeren Geschwindigkeiten kann es für mehr Belüftung angewinkelt werden. Die verschraubte Befestigung sitzt sicher und klapperfrei, und das Visier lässt sich bei Bedarf komplett entfernen, falls ein schlankeres Profil bevorzugt wird.
