Wo es sitzt
Die Zuordnung läuft über die Nummer, nicht über ein Maß. Bei hohen Kolbengeschwindigkeiten übernimmt das Ventil, bei niedrigen der Bypass. Der Kolben teilt den Zylinder in zwei Kammern und trägt die Durchflusskanäle.
Original-Öhlins-Teil
Ein Dämpfer ist kein Verschleißteil im Ganzen, sondern eine Baugruppe aus Teilen, die einzeln getauscht werden können. Öhlins hält Positionen oft über Modellgenerationen hinweg gleich, tauscht aber ohne Ankündigung Werkstoffe. Wer die Einheitsnummer des Federbeins kennt, bekommt von uns die passende Teileliste dazu. Die Angaben stammen aus der aktuellen Öhlins-Serviceliste, nicht aus älteren Katalogen.
Wer die Einheit selbst zerlegt, sollte die Nummern vor dem Ausbau notieren; hinterher sind sie schwer zu lesen. Über seine Bohrungen fließt das Öl; ihre Größe bestimmt die Grunddämpfung. Öhlins ändert Teile im Laufe einer Baureihe; die Nummer, nicht das Baujahr, sagt, was passt. Ein Kolbenring dichtet den Spalt zum Rohr ab, ohne die Reibung stark zu erhöhen. Die Ersatzteilliste folgt der Explosionszeichnung; jede Position hat ihre eigene Nummer, auch wenn zwei Teile gleich aussehen.
So passt es sicher
Die Nummer 15091-01 ist eindeutig; die Bezeichnung allein ist es nicht, weil Öhlins ähnliche Wortlaute über mehrere Größen verwendet. Auf dem Kolben sitzt das Shimpaket, das den Durchfluss geschwindigkeitsabhängig regelt. Ein Nadelventil regelt fein, ein Tellerventil grob — beide finden sich in denselben Einheiten.
