Wie Öhlins baut
Die Gasfüllung wird beim Zusammenbau gesetzt und protokolliert. Jede Baureihe hat eine eigene Serviceunterlage mit Momenten und Füllmengen. Toleranzen liegen dort, wo sie wirken: an Kolben, Dichtsitz und Führung.
Für welche Fahrzeuge
Öhlins verändert Anwendungen im Laufe der Zeit; maßgeblich ist die aktuelle Liste. Der Einbau erfolgt an den Serienaufnahmen, ohne Bohren oder Schweißen.
Wer sein Fahrwerk warten lässt, erhält den Wert der Einheit über Jahre. Die Einbaumaße sind fahrzeugspezifisch; eine Einheit vom Nachbarmodell passt in aller Regel nicht.
Öhlins baut in Upplands Väsby in Schweden, nicht als Lohnfertigung. Unsere Werkstatt ist autorisiertes Öhlins-Service-Center.
Wo Aluminium auf Stahl trifft, sitzt eine Trennung gegen Kontaktkorrosion. Gehäuse werden aus dem Vollmaterial gefräst, nicht gegossen.
Bei Modellen mit mehreren Fahrwerksvarianten entscheidet die Fahrgestellnummer. Wir versenden aus eigenem Lager in Deutschland.

Straßenzulassung: Öhlins veröffentlicht für diese Kombination keinen Zulassungsstatus. Statt zu raten, sagen wir das offen — fragen Sie uns vor der Bestellung, wenn der Straßenbetrieb für Sie wichtig ist.
