Funktion
Öhlins gibt für diese Position Innendurchmesser 54 mm, Schnurstärke 2.5 mm, Werkstoff NBR 70 an. Nach dem Einbau wird die Einheit kurz durchgefedert, bevor sie unter Druck gesetzt wird. An Verstellern sitzen O-Ringe an beweglichen Stellen und verschleißen dort schneller. Die Vorspannung der Lippe kommt von einer eingelegten Ringfeder.
