Funktion
Ein Maß gibt es hier nicht zu prüfen — Nummer und Explosionszeichnung bestimmen die Position. Die Auflagefläche für die Shims muss eben sein, sonst schließt das Paket nicht sauber. Verschleiß am Ventilsitz zeigt sich als weiche Dämpfung im ersten Teil des Hubs. Die Anzahl der Bohrungen ist Teil der Abstimmung und unterscheidet sonst gleiche Kolben.

Wer die Einheit selbst zerlegt, sollte die Nummern vor dem Ausbau notieren; hinterher sind sie schwer zu lesen. Wer eine Einheit überholt, tauscht selten alles: meist entscheiden wenige Positionen darüber, ob die Dämpfung wieder stimmt. Serienmäßige Positionen halten wir vorrätig; Sonderteile bestellen wir gezielt. Wer die Einheitsnummer des Federbeins kennt, bekommt von uns die passende Teileliste dazu.
Wer sein Fahrwerk regelmäßig warten lässt, kommt mit wenigen Positionen aus; wer wartet, tauscht ganze Baugruppen. Ventile öffnen erst ab einem bestimmten Druck und begrenzen so die Kraftspitzen. Bei Dichtungen und Führungen entscheidet ein Hundertstel Millimeter darüber, ob die Einheit dicht bleibt.
So passt es sicher
Die Nummer 06752-04 ist eindeutig; die Bezeichnung allein ist es nicht, weil Öhlins ähnliche Wortlaute über mehrere Größen verwendet. Kolben aus unterschiedlichen Baujahren sehen gleich aus und sind es nicht. Öhlins stimmt Kolben und Shimpaket als Einheit ab; einzeln getauscht ändert sich die Charakteristik.
Einbau und Abstimmung
