Funktion
Ein Maß gibt es hier nicht zu prüfen — Nummer und Explosionszeichnung bestimmen die Position. Verschleiß am Ventilsitz zeigt sich als weiche Dämpfung im ersten Teil des Hubs. Öhlins stimmt Kolben und Shimpaket als Einheit ab; einzeln getauscht ändert sich die Charakteristik. Der Sitz muss dicht schließen, sonst fehlt die Dämpfung im ersten Teil des Hubs.
Echtes Serviceteil
Die Ersatzteilliste folgt der Explosionszeichnung; jede Position hat ihre eigene Nummer, auch wenn zwei Teile gleich aussehen. Ein überholtes Federbein arbeitet wieder mit der Dämpfung, die im Datenblatt steht — vorausgesetzt, die Teile stimmen. Eine Überholung ist günstiger als ein neues Federbein, solange die tragenden Teile in Ordnung sind. Zug- und Druckstufe haben getrennte Ventile. Bestellt wird über die Artikelnummer. Die Maße darunter sind die, die Öhlins selbst veröffentlicht. Für die Überholung einer kompletten Einheit stellen wir den Teilesatz auf Wunsch zusammen. Wir liefern das Teil so, wie Öhlins es führt — ohne Umverpackung, ohne Zwischenhandel.
Zuordnung über die Nummer
Die Nummer 06185-70 ist eindeutig; die Bezeichnung allein ist es nicht, weil Öhlins ähnliche Wortlaute über mehrere Größen verwendet. Auf dem Kolben sitzt das Shimpaket, das den Durchfluss geschwindigkeitsabhängig regelt.
