Nach Öhlins-Angabe: Dimension A 63.7 mm, Dimension B 88 mm, Dimension C 11 mm. Eine zu weiche Feder lässt sich mit Vorspannung nicht ausgleichen. Nach vielen Jahren verlieren Federn einen Teil ihrer Länge und damit Vorspannung. Federn sind Verschleißteile mit langer Lebensdauer, aber keiner unendlichen.
