Was es ist
Öhlins gibt für diese Position Innendurchmesser 1.5 mm, Außendurchmesser 20 mm an. Beim Lagern altern Dichtungen; Öhlins gibt deshalb Chargen mit Datum aus. Nach dem Einbau wird die Einheit kurz durchgefedert, bevor sie unter Druck gesetzt wird. Beim Einpressen darf die Dichtung nicht verkanten, sonst ist sie sofort undicht.

Beim Ausbau wird er nicht geschlagen, sondern gezogen — sonst verzieht sich die Bohrung.
Die richtige Nummer finden
Die Maße stehen unten; sie sind der zweite Prüfpunkt neben der Nummer 05615-01. Die Vorspannung der Lippe kommt von einer eingelegten Ringfeder. Die Führung im Kopf nimmt Querkräfte auf und schützt so die Dichtlippe.
