Ist die Nummer bekannt, ist die Zuordnung eindeutig — anders als bei der Beschreibung allein. Muttern mit Klemmteil sind für den einmaligen Gebrauch vorgesehen. Bei Dichtungen und Führungen entscheidet ein Hundertstel Millimeter darüber, ob die Einheit dicht bleibt. Wir liefern das Teil so, wie Öhlins es führt — ohne Umverpackung, ohne Zwischenhandel. Wer die Einheit selbst zerlegt, sollte die Nummern vor dem Ausbau notieren; hinterher sind sie schwer zu lesen.
Die richtige Nummer finden
Die Nummer 04753-04 ist eindeutig; die Bezeichnung allein ist es nicht, weil Öhlins ähnliche Wortlaute über mehrere Größen verwendet. Kleinteile aus Edelstahl sitzen dort, wo Korrosion die Demontage erschweren würde. Ein Kugelgelenk-Distanzstück gleicht Winkelfehler in der Anlenkung aus.
