Der unverkleidete GSX-R
Suzuki hat den 750er-Vierzylinder für den Roadster entschärft, die Leistung weiter unten im Drehzahlband platziert und die Abgabe für den Straßeneinsatz geglättet.
Die Original-Elektronik bleibt unberührt
Zündzeitpunkt, Drehzahlbegrenzer, Traktionskontrolle und jeder Fahrmodus bleiben beim Serien-Steuergerät. Diese Einheit regelt nur die Kraftstoffmenge und hat auf alles andere keinen Zugriff.
Ein leeres Kennfeld ist sicher
Mit jedem Feld auf null läuft das Motorrad mit seiner Werksabstimmung. Der Einbau der Einheit allein ändert nichts, bis jemand einen Wert einträgt.
Breitband-Sensor oder nichts
Abstimmen ohne Messung des Gemischs ist Raterei mit dem Motor als Versuchsobjekt. Ein Breitband-Sensor und ein Display kosten weniger als die meisten Auspuffanlagen.
Der Einbau ist der einfache Teil
Stecker, eine Montageposition und ein Kabelbinder. Zwanzig Minuten bis eine Stunde je nach Modell, und dann beginnt die eigentliche Arbeit.
Windows und ein Kabel
Die Software ist ein Werkstatt-Werkzeug von JetPrime, keine Smartphone-App. Sie wirkt zweckmäßig, weil sie es ist, und alles läuft über eine USB-Verbindung.
Worum es geht
Ein veränderter Motor verdient ein Gemisch, das der Veränderung folgt. Diese Einheit ist das Werkzeug, um das genau statt nur ungefähr zu erreichen.

Ein Remap des Original-Steuergeräts reicht bis in Zündung, Begrenzer und Fahrhilfen und wird ins Motorrad geschrieben, wo eine Werkstatt es findet. Diese Lösung ist enger begrenzt, reversibel und gehört zur Box statt zum Motorrad.
