Aus 100 % echter Carbonfaser gefertigt, ersetzt sie die Serienabdeckung direkt im Plug-and-Play-Verfahren – kein Bohren, keine Umbauten – und bietet gleichzeitig messbaren Schutz vor Steinschlag, Kratzern und Schmutzablagerungen, die eine freiliegende Schwinge mit der Zeit angreifen können.

Straßen- und Rennstrecken-Qualifikation
Die Bezeichnung SSP spiegelt die Herkunft der Abdeckung aus dem Supersport-Rennsport wider, wo Abriebfestigkeit und Gewichtsreduzierung gleichermaßen zählen. Auf der Straße bedeutet die ABE-Zertifizierung, dass Ihre Ducati Panigale 1199 nach der Montage weiterhin vollständig den TÜV-Prüfanforderungen entspricht – ein Unterschied, der dieses Teil von vielen importierten Carbon-Zubehörteilen abhebt, die aufwendige Homologationspapiere verlangen oder schlicht gar nicht legal auf öffentlichen Straßen genutzt werden können.
Der Carbon-Aufbau selbst widersteht dem ständigen Beschuss durch Splitt und kleine Steine, dem eine freiliegende Schwinge sowohl auf der Straße als auch in der Boxengasse ausgesetzt ist. Die glänzende Oberfläche bietet eine tiefe, reflektierende Fläche, die die aggressiven Linien der Panigale unterstreicht, während die matte Option eine dezentere, technische Optik liefert. Die rohe Oberfläche wird ohne Deckschicht geliefert und eignet sich damit ideal als Basis für eine individuelle Lackierung oder ein komplettes Renn-Design.
Konstruktion und Oberflächen-Optionen
Es werden zwei unterschiedliche Carbon-Gewebestrukturen angeboten. Das 200-Plain-Gewebe repliziert exakt das werksseitige Carbon-Muster von Ducati, wodurch diese Abdeckung optisch nicht von einer echten Ducati-Carbon-Komponente zu unterscheiden ist. Das 245-Twill-Gewebe zeigt ein ausgeprägteres diagonales Muster, das viele Fahrer wegen seiner kräftigeren, motorsportinspirierten Optik bevorzugen. Beide Strukturen verwenden dasselbe hochwertige Carbonfaser- und Harzsystem, sodass es zwischen beiden keinerlei strukturelle Kompromisse gibt.
Alle drei Oberflächen – Glänzend, Matt und Roh – sind für beide Gewebestrukturen erhältlich (Hinweis: 245 Twill ist derzeit nur in der Oberfläche Glänzend als Teilenummer MD-9912-TC16G gelistet). Jede Oberfläche wird werkseitig UV-versiegelt, um Farbveränderungen und Oberflächenschäden im Außeneinsatz zu verhindern.
