Ein kurzer Halter unter einem Topcase
Das ist ein Tourenmotorrad, und ein großer Teil dieser Maschinen trägt ein Topcase. Das verändert die Geometrie hinter dem Motorrad auf eine Art, an die niemand denkt – bis zur Prüfung: Der Koffer sitzt hoch und breit und kann aus bestimmten Winkeln verdecken, was darunter liegt.
Einen kürzeren Träger zu montieren schiebt Kennzeichen und Rückstrahler nach vorn und nach oben, weiter in diesen Schatten hinein. Also montieren und danach von hinten auf das Motorrad sehen, mit aufgesetztem Gepäck, aus der Höhe eines folgenden Autos – und prüfen, dass das Kennzeichen vollständig sichtbar und der Rückstrahler nicht verdeckt ist.
Der Rest der Liste
Die Kennzeichenfläche muss beleuchtet sein, der Rückstrahler vorhanden, und die Neigung muss im örtlichen Rahmen bleiben. Alle drei Punkte werden Ihre Sache, sobald die Serieneinheit herunterkommt.

Zulassung
Fullsix weist für dieses Teil weder eine ABE noch eine EG-Betriebserlaubnis aus. In Deutschland ist ein Kennzeichenträger ohne Teilegutachten oder ABE für sich genommen nicht eintragungsfähig – vor der Montage mit der Prüforganisation klären.
Montage
Zuerst die Leuchte, im Dunkeln geprüft. Dann der Rückstrahler, von hinten auf Kennzeichenhöhe kontrolliert, mit montiertem Topcase, falls eines gefahren wird. Danach das Heck durch seinen Weg drücken und den Abstand zum Reifen beobachten.
