Ein kürzerer Dämpfer, der zur Seite austritt. An einer MT-09 — einem Naked Bike, dessen ganzer Entwurf davon lebt, was man sieht — ist das die Veränderung, die die meisten Halter kaufen. Und sie kommt mit EG- und ECE-Typgenehmigung statt mit einem Rennstreckenvorbehalt.

Titan oder Edelstahl — zwei Racing Lines
Akrapovic baut zwei Komplettanlagen für die aktuelle MT-09, und es sind verschiedene Produkte und nicht zwei Oberflächen. Diese hier ist aus Titan, mit kürzerem, seitlich austretendem Dämpfer, und deckt 2024 bis 2026 ab.
Die Edelstahlversion S-Y9R22-HKKSS ist einteilig gefertigt, hat den Katalysator eingeschweißt und einen doppelten Austritt und deckt 2025 bis 2026 ab. Beide tragen EG- und ECE-Genehmigung. Die Wahl geht um die Form, die Sie am Motorrad wollen — und bei einer 2024er Maschine darum, welche überhaupt passt.
Kein Gewicht veröffentlicht
Für die meisten Anlagen in diesem Katalog gibt Akrapovic ein Gewicht an, und es steht hier. Für diese nicht, und diese Seite schätzt keines. Eine Titan-Racing-Line wird leichter sein als die Serienanlage aus Stahl — um wie viel, ist nicht dokumentiert, und eine Zahl zu erfinden wäre schlechter, als sie wegzulassen.
Wo die zwei PS liegen
10.000/min sind am 890-cm³-CP3-Dreizylinder nahe am oberen Ende, und dort findet diese Anlage ihre 2 PS. Die MT-09 ist eines der wenigen Naked Bikes, die tatsächlich gedreht werden — die Lage ist also vertretbar. Es bleibt ein maßvoller Wert, und er steht so da, wie er gemessen wurde.
Das größere Argument sind die Form, der Klang und die Tatsache, dass eine Komplettanlage an diesem Motorrad nicht mehr die Typgenehmigung kostet.
Sechzig Minuten auf der Bühne
Eine Komplettanlage heißt: Serienkrümmer, Sammler und Katalysator kommen vollständig ab. An einer MT-09 muss der Tank nicht herunter, die seitlichen Kühlerverkleidungen aber schon — deshalb gibt Akrapovic eine Stunde an und nicht die halbe, die ein Slip-On braucht.
Passform
S-Y9R15-HAPT/2 deckt die Yamaha MT-09 von Modelljahr 2024 bis 2026 ab. Die FZ-09 ist dasselbe Motorrad unter seinem nordamerikanischen Namen. Die Montagezeit ist mit 60 Minuten angegeben.
Zulassung
EG-Typgenehmigung und ECE-Typgenehmigung, Bescheinigungen liegen bei und stehen hier zum Download. Die Anlage ist in der Europäischen Union ein legaler Ersatz für den Straßenbetrieb.
