Stahlrohre, Titanhülle
Die Racing Line teilt die Werkstoffe nach Aufgabe auf. Edelstahl übernimmt Krümmer und Verbindungsrohre, wo ein Sturz das Gewicht des Motorrads auf die Rohre bringt. Titan übernimmt die Dämpferhülle, wo die Gewichtsersparnis zu holen und die Belastung geringer ist.
Akrapovic baut für diese Jahre auch eine Evolution Line, S-H2MET9-QTA, durchgehend aus Titan und entsprechend teurer. Dies ist die haltbare Hälfte der Wahl.

Akrapovic verzeichnet für diese Artikelnummer kein Gewicht — weder den Serienwert noch den montierten. Die Beschreibung sagt, die Anlage spare gegenüber Serie Gewicht, ohne zu sagen, wie viel.

Hält die FIM-Geräuschgrenzen ein
Die Anlage ist darauf gebaut, mit eingesetztem dB-Einsatz die Geräuschprüfung einer geregelten Veranstaltung zu bestehen. An einem Motorrad auf Clubniveau ist das die praktische Randbedingung und nicht der Leistungswert.
Eine geprägte Endkappe
Akrapovic schließt den Dämpfer mit einer Titan-Endkappe ab, die eine Prägung trägt und keinen Aufkleber. An einem Motocrossmotorrad, das nach jeder Veranstaltung mit dem Hochdruckreiniger gewaschen wird, überstünde ein gedruckter Aufkleber die Saison nicht.
Wo sie im Programm steht
Unter der Evolution Line und über der Slip-On Line. Es ist eine Komplettanlage, die Krümmer kommen also herunter — die Rohre sind aber aus Stahl, und das hält den Preis ein Drittel unter der Spitzenlinie.
