Die Erstausrüstungs-Bedingung
BMW montiert an der M 1000 RR ab Werk einen Akrapovic-Dämpfer. Akrapovic gibt an, dass dieser Krümmer in Verbindung mit jenem Dämpfer arbeitet — nicht mit einem Zubehörteil und nicht mit einem anderen Akrapovic-Teil.
Trägt Ihre M 1000 RR noch ihre Originalanlage, ist genau das, was der Krümmer erwartet. Wurde sie bereits getauscht, sprechen Sie uns vor der Bestellung an.
Pflicht, nicht Empfehlung
Die meisten Akrapovic-Krümmer tragen einen Hinweis, der ein neues Kennfeld für beste Leistung und Haltbarkeit empfiehlt. Dieser sagt, das Mapping sei zwingend. Das ist ein anderer Satz, und an einem 212-PS-Motor zählt der Unterschied.
Rechnen Sie den Prüfstandstermin zum Kaufpreis. Diesen Krümmer ohne ihn zu montieren unterstützt Akrapovic nicht.
Ovale Flansche aus eigener Gießerei
Akrapovic gießt die Titanflansche im eigenen Haus, statt sie aus dem Stab zu fräsen. Eine ovale Kanalform folgt dem Auslass des Zylinderkopfs genauer als eine runde, und erst der Guss macht eine solche Form überhaupt bezahlbar.
Dieselbe Gießerei gießt die Titan-Fußrasten an anderer Stelle in diesem Katalog. Es ist ungewöhnlich, dass ein Auspuffhersteller eine besitzt.
Keine veröffentlichten Werte
Akrapovic verzeichnet zu dieser Artikelnummer weder Gewicht noch Leistung noch Drehmoment. Bei zwingendem Mapping würde eine einzelne Prüfstandszahl ohnehin ein bestimmtes Kennfeld beschreiben und nicht den Krümmer — und wir berichten die Lücke lieber, als eine Zahl zu veröffentlichen, die weniger bedeutet, als sie scheint.
