Eine RSV4 1100 Factory führt oft ein Doppelleben: den größten Teil des Jahres auf der Straße gefahren, dann ein paar Mal pro Saison auf die Rennstrecke gebracht. Straße und Rennstrecke verlangen unterschiedliche Positionen des Kupplungshebels, weil sich die Sitzposition, die Handschuhe und die Art, wie die Kupplung genutzt wird, ändern. Der Accossato ESV004 ist ein Kupplungshebel für die RSV4 1100 Factory von 2021 und 2022, CNC-gefräst aus Aluminium, mit einem Griffweiten-Einsteller, mit dem Sie zwischen zwei Einstellungen wechseln, sobald das Motorrad die Rolle tauscht.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Zwei Oberflächen, ein Stück Metall. Der ESV004 wird auf CNC-Maschinen aus massivem Aluminium gefräst und anschließend eloxiert, schwarz an der Nabe und in Ihrer Wunschfarbe entlang des Blatts. Die Nabe trägt Drehpunkt und Griffweiten-Einsteller, also den Teil, den Sie berühren, wenn Sie die Einstellung ändern, während am Blatt Ihre Finger arbeiten. Zwischen beiden sitzt kein Gelenk, sodass jede Position, die Sie wählen, direkt und reproduzierbar an der Kupplung der RSV4 1100 Factory ankommt.
Zwei Einstellungen, notiert
Auf der Straße wird die Kupplung einer RSV4 1100 Factory bei jedem Anfahren und im langsamen Verkehr gebraucht, meist mit Sport- oder Tourenhandschuhen und aufrechtem Oberkörper. Auf der Rennstrecke braucht man sie vor allem beim Verlassen der Boxengasse und in den langsamsten Kurven, und der Fahrer trägt dicke Rennhandschuhe, die Ellbogen tief und die Handgelenke anders angewinkelt. Eine Griffweite, die sich in der einen Situation richtig anfühlt, ist in der anderen selten ideal: Der dickere Handschuh will das Blatt etwas weiter außen, die entspannte Hand auf der Straße lieber näher.
Die einfache Lösung: beide Einstellungen einmal ermitteln und aufschreiben. Stellen Sie die Griffweite für die Straße mit Ihren üblichen Handschuhen ein und notieren oder markieren Sie, wo der Einsteller steht. Wiederholen Sie das vor dem ersten Turn in voller Rennmontur mit dem Motorrad auf einem Montageständer. Sind beide Positionen im Handy oder auf einem Streifen Klebeband in der Werkzeugkiste festgehalten, dauert das Umstellen an der Strecke und zurück zu Hause eine Minute. Das Standardblatt mit rund 138 mm passt zu beiden Einsätzen. Das kurze, gefertigt in Blau, Gold, Grün, Orange und Silber, ist eine Überlegung wert, wenn Sie auf der Strecke mit zwei Fingern kuppeln.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato führt den ESV004 für die RSV4 1100 Factory von 2021 und 2022, montiert anstelle des Standardhebels an der originalen Kupplungsaufnahme. Der EDF011 ist der passende Accossato-Bremshebel für dasselbe Motorrad und dieselben Jahre. Der ESV004 selbst wird bei mehreren Aprilia-Modellen verwendet, darunter frühere RSV4-Versionen und die RS 660.
Straßenzulassung
Der Hebel ist nicht durch eine dokumentierte deutsche ABE abgedeckt und wird für den Einsatz auf abgesperrten Strecken verkauft.
